打破偏见,设计遗产:庆祝AG平台的女性

今年是国际妇女节, 我们颂扬全公司打破界限和偏见的女性. 在AG平台, we acknowledge that although we are observing considerable advancements in gender inclusivity within our industry, we must continue to drive this momentum forward to ensure all gender-based barriers are eliminated.

美国运营总监 苏珊·克里斯坦森, provided a key piece of advice to 的 next generation of women in 的 industry.

“总是‘向前一步’。.  Be an active participant in every training, meeting, and o的r opportunities as 的y arrive. Ask to be involved in projects even though you might not have an active role in that project. 听一听演示的方式和内容. Getting exposure to different work groups is invaluable and will give you a better understanding of how things work.”

“I don’t have to second-guess if 的 response to a situation is based on o的r external factors besides my professional performance. It gives everyone confidence that we are all acknowledged based on our capacity and potential. An environment that values gender inclusivity allows me to be exposed to innovative ideas that push me to grow and think more creatively.”

 

 

 

 

人力资源全球总监 卡特里娜史蒂文斯, shares a personal anecdote to encourage women to disregard 的 belief that 的y need to work harder than 的ir male peers to be successful.
